What do I do if I need a repair?
In the event that anything happens to your Kenza Collection item I will be able to fix it for a small fee depending on the amount of damage.
What do I do if my brass item tarnishes or turns my skin green?
Brass sometimes turns skin green depending on your skin’s natural oils; everyone is different. We recommend painting the inside of your ring band or piece with clear nailpolish to prevent this from happening.
With constant wear over time the shiny luster of your beautiful piece may need some freshening up. Do not fret! We recommend sunshine clothes to polish up your jewelry and make them look brand new. These can be purchased at many beading stores.

Can I get my gold plated item replated?
Yes you can! We will do replating for $20.
How long will my item take to be shipped?
Many items in my shop are made to order and can take up to three weeks to be shipped. Once shipped, the time frame is generally: DOMESTIC: 2-3 business days INTERNATIONAL: 14 business days or more
Can I exchange or get a refund for my item?
At this time I do not accept refunds unless otherwise specified. Returns will be accepted for store credit or exchange.
